Hello, I'm Bill

I used to find the health & fitness industry incredibly overwhelming. When I first stepped foot in a gym, I remember trying to plank, run & starve my way to having a couple abs on show... and finally when I did have an ab showing I would quickly party my way back to where I started. For a few years this was an endless cycle for me.

Like so many, I used to succumb to the pressure of the ideal physiques plastered all over social media and I would place them on a pedestal.

Along the way I tried every diet under the sun, none of which were sustainable once I started becoming more busy. Although these diets didn't help me like I intended, they provided me with the tools in which I see nutrition today. There's no one size-fits-all diet; you need to find healthy meals you love and then you will achieve sustainability.

I don't call myself a chef and I don't believe I ever will... but I do love food and sharing it with you. My passion for food has been shaped by my family who have always cooked at home, living in London, Singapore and now Sydney where the food options are vast; plus always wanting to be in shape.

I lead a very busy life, working a full-time office job, running a business, playing football, running, going to the gym throughout the week. I don't have a lot of spare time. But it's important to me to feel fuelled and healthy. Consequently I follow 3 principles with my meals...

  1. High protein

  2. Simple to make

  3. Plenty of veggies

Tasty and easy meals make my fitness journey attainable and enjoyable; that's something I can stick with for longer than just 8 weeks.

If you have any questions or want to hear more from me, I'm always available on Instagram, so please drop me a message.

Keep it real,

Bill
